UNI EN 1090-1
The UNI EN 1090-1 standard is a European standard that finds application in all works that fall within the structural sphere, or where there is a project. The standard entered into force on 1 July 2014 within the European Regulation 305/2011 relating to the CE marking of Construction Products, it is the reference standard for the construction of components and structural elements in steel or aluminum.
Mondin Giovanni srl is able to supply structural elements machined and welded according to customer specifications, boasts a significant number of WPQR (qualifications of welding procedures) and specific qualifications for the personnel in charge of controls.
Mondin Giovanni srl obtained the certificate of conformity of the factory production control in accordance with EN 1090-1 in 2015.

ISO 3834
The ISO 3834 standard defines the “Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials”. It sets the standard for the correct management of the welding manufacturing process and guarantees compliance with the quality requirements of the products, both in the workshop and on the construction site, of any type of welded construction.
Compliance with ISO 3834 is mandatory and preparatory for all structural metal products assembled by means of welded joints (therefore a requirement for EN1090-1 certification) but the certification of this conformity guarantees application in all those sectors that require a qualified execution of the welds. and certifies compliance with customer specifications.

Conformity of factory production control
Mondin Giovanni srl obtained the certificate of conformity of the factory production control in accordance with EN 1090-1 – for iron structures – in 2015 and in 2022 it obtained the certificate of conformity also for stainless steel structures.
